Great experience here. Rented a space for about 6 months for work gear. Lockers were clean and well maintained. Customer service was also very good, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this place for monthly storage.

My experience with U–STORE–IT Edmonton West has been excellent from day one. Customer service is top-notch, the premises are neat and organized, and the storage space is clean and safe. I would definitely use them again
Friendly, very informative and very helpful. Went above and beyond. I had a jealous ex threatening to enter my locker and they added an extra lock for security and said they’d keep an eye on it. Bad breakup don’t ask lol.
Prepaid for 3 months but only used the unit for a month. Would not refund the money and the lady running the place became very rude when questioned about it today. I knew there was something odd about this place. It was very unorganized when trying to sign up as well, they can't seem to get the "insurance" done correctly for some reason. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend anyone uses this storage place.
I found myself paying WAY too much at another storage company, so I looked around and found these guys. Not only are their rates MUCH cheaper, but the facility is clean and well kept. The application was quick and easy, and the nice lady serving me was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs, and I almost forgot they have an excellent promotion going as well!
I used this facility for a year and was very impressed by the level of customer service. I dealt with Joan at the front desk and she was amazing. Not only was she helpful and pleasant with me but I also watched her deal with a customer who seemed down on her luck and was having difficulty getting a payment transferred from her bank. The level of patience and kindness she showed toward this customer was outstanding. Many customer service people would not have been able to do what she did without getting frustrated but Joan remained calm and helpful even with customers waiting in line. To watch a customer being treated with such respect is always worth a wait in line! Highly recommend this place!
I’ve used this storage facility for all my storage needs for many years. I have always been happy with their friendly service and secure facility.
