I rented a Uhaul 15 foot truck and the service was great, friendly staff and courteous. Good location that is convenient for access. The Uhaul truck was clean and easy to use. It was just the right size for moving my parents from their 1 bedroom apartment to a seniors lodge. Everything worked out great.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I have called to talk to someone I have written e mails and I can't get anyone to call or answer me back in anyway. Go to Sentinel. Don't waste any money here.

Doesnt do what U-Haul promises on the website, says my card is declined but it worked online? Also says I cant use debit but it says online and on the computer in store that you can, plus I did it when I rented a trailer. Pretty unreasonable. First employee didn't know what they were doing either. Wont be going back.

I used their Uhaul services to movetoday. No hassle, friendly crew, close to where I was living at the time, and the price for the rental was decentin town rental Thank you.
