Today it's -20 with the wind chill and I see these horses being slaved, forced to stand in this blistering weather waiting to pull around fat inconsiderate slobs around the falls! I am disgusted with horse carriage rides all over the world, it is a disgusting way to make money, slaving these animals in all types of weather conditions. They often scratch at the ground cause they are so bored and tired of standing in the same spot forced to hold up a big carriage while the driver just sits and relaxes! They also do not go home after work to nice stables! They go to prison cells!!! Do your research on these businesses before you pay for their torture and pain!  Please do not support this business!!!!!! WALK instead 🙏🏻💔🙏🏻💔

Went there on one of the coldest winter night and felt very comfortable with the blankets that were supplied.  Also was very pleased with the driver and his knowledge of Niagara on the lake's  history. Will definitely return for another ride in Niagara Falls next time.

I'm watching them in the blazing heat every 5 minutes going down the road pulling 6-7 people at a time. This isn't humane, and it's hard to watch.

Terrible experience. Almost every horse is old, they have the horses out in heat warning weather. I feel so bad for these horses. The drivers are very good at their jobs but I would not come back here ever again. Poor horses
