The drivers service was awesome. BUT!! I was given a price from the owner before hand, was told that price included taxes and tip. I gave my credit card number, and had to message them the morning of my function to see if I had transportation because I had not received confirmation. They apologized and confirmed shortly afterwards. The driver showed up right on time and everything as far as his services went very smoothly, we gave him an additional tip because he really did deserve it. I got a message from the owner a few weeks later saying that he did not have my credit card information, So AGAIN, I sent the information to him immediately. When my credit card was billed it was for MUCH more than what was quoted. When I addressed this with the owner, he told me that the taxes and tip had to be included on top of the quoted price. When I questioned the initial quote, he told he "he would look into it" and I have not heard from him since. Several weeks later, my credit card has not been corrected. I am giving this company a 2 star only because the driver of our car was so great. other than that.. keep an eye on your credit card, or just go in person and insist on paying cash. You will probably be safer that way.

The owner, Bob, is a worm. He ignored our calls because he knew we were unhappy with the service we received. Suddenly he stopped responding to our voicemails & our emails.

i would not recommend this company to anyone. We use to use this transportation company regularly... until our limo for my fathers funeral didn't show up! The company did NOT take any of my calls frantically panicking over when our ride is going to arrive to take myself and family to the funeral home. How does a company operate so unorganized?? For the price you pay you definitely DO NOT get what you pay for. Although- I do truly only blame one person for this, because in the past when we have used this company the drivers were all so polite, friendly, accommodating and nice. I hold Bob Dick responsible as we have made personal arrangements to have someone come pick us up, and the car never showed up... he is selfish and a coward and made my family make OTHER arrangements to get us to my fathers funeral after he confirmed everything the night before.. it is absolutely disgusting and would NEVER recommend the company to anyone. His own drivers cant even stand him.

Coventry Transportation deserves more than 5 stars. I personally have used Coventry on multiple occasions ..from weddings, sporting events, holidays and even nights out on the town with my friends. They are always on time, extremely personable drivers and the vehicles are always in top shape. Being able to choose from a variety of different vehicles depending on the size needed is great to have multiple options. Highly recommend Coventry to anyone, you won't be disappointed.....until you get dropped off and want to do it all over again!!

We used their Black Car service to go to and from the airport in Toronto. The driver arrived on time to pick us up, made sure we were comfortable with the temperature and provided us with bottled water. Our driver going home was excellent as well. We would definitely use Coventry again. Great service, excellent drivers and comfortable vehicles!
