Seneca Bookstore

Worst service. I got called from book store to pick up the book and I went there to pick up realizing that i have to pay the difference that i never got inform when they called me. I didn't mind paying for the difference but at that moment I have left my wallet in my car at Markham campus took the shuttle down and waited there. So, I was expecting the manager to apologize about my time waste and misinformed by their staff member yet she was only telling me to pay the difference. She never said sorry, made me feel like don't want to buy anything from there.

Awful experience with an online order....received 2 emails saying In-Transit and 1 email provided a tracking #. This number did not work with FedEx system. I have called many, many times and no one ever answers. I have emailed and left messages. It is now April 11 and my order was placed on line April 29. I had gone into the store because on line it showed Newnham had the book I was looking for. Absolutely wasted my time and now will have to rush to get my assignment done. Will no longer order my books from Seneca! BTW had to select a star in order to post...

+they sell all the books i need for my education +the tall guy that works the floor is very friendly and helpful -they dont really give you a good price when they are buying used books from you -used book prices are sort of a rip off -if you need to buy or sell used books you are better off checking out kijiji
