They were able to fit me in when Gimli vet could not take us for two days, because they were too busy. The doctor and techs were fast and efficient to get the diagnosis of crystals. They were thorough with details and provided a a course of treatment and food that would continue to fix the issue. They called me back to check on my cat two days later to see if the meds were helping. I would highly recommend them

I'd like to apologize for my recent review, I honestly don't know what happened with the miscommunication. Dr. Klug is an awesome vet, with us being mad it makes us think unreasonable things and do unreasonable things. So I'd like to personally apologize to Dr. Klug and the other team members. Regardless I think it's best we move on to a different place.

More expensive appointment fees than Winnipeg vetrenarian. Unexpected. Friendly knowledgable staff. Returned my call very quickly.

I called for somebody to see my cat who I thought was dying as he is 18 years old. He suddenly couldn't walk was dizzy falling over and they said they can't see him for over a week.

Dr. Klug is a wonderful vet. She leads with compassion for animals first. We couldn't have asked for better care and support for our dogs who are very much members of our family. I highly recommend Dr. Klug!

We took our kitten here to get spayed and for a vaccine. All the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, the cost for it all was very reasonable as well. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with everything.

I called to ask about getting nail trims for my kitties.. She asked how they were in regards to getting nail trims and i mentioned not great, one of my cat's has anxiety. She put me on hold to ask if they would be able to take me. She came back and said that because my cats were not there I guess for a long time, and they weren't up-to-date on their annual exams... which actually they are, but at a different vet.... that she would not take my kitties for a nail trim. I was kind of in shock! like ok soooo because I haven't been there for a while and because they haven't seen my cats.. you won't give them a nail trim ??? And she said yeah that's the reason!... like what in the actual heck?? I'm still shocked. Refusing business??.. ohhhK!.... So I'm wondering now with my pets.... If they needed an emergency visit or something would they see me or not because I haven't been there before makes me really wonder. Well I'm glad I have always been going to the Selkirk animal hospital on Christie Ave. that's where I will be staying and giving my business always to. Wow! *smh*

I bring all of my fur babies to them and everytime they've been amazing, you can tell how compassionate their whole team is about our fur babies needs and I never feel pressured to do anything if I can't at the moment or get bombarded with phone calls and emails! Their honesty and understanding is wonderful! I think they're great and highly recommend them! Been to a few vets now and they are by far my favorite for experience, expense, time and patience!

Amazing. Dr Klug is exceptional. Dr Munroe is amazing as well last visit. This place really cares for the animal. Great advice and a realistic approach to health care as opposed to advice that is true on paper but unrealistic on the pocketbook. I mean if I had millions of dollars then sure I could do everything possible but best health and costs are a thing and these people know that. I have recommended this place to people and now they are fans as well.
