One of the best pizza place in Montreal. Very authentic with fresh ingredients and amore! You will immediately notice that the place is not only about a slice of pizza. Very good job chef pizzaiolo! The dought is very light and crispy. The chef told me that it rests for a fermentation period of 72 to 96 hours. You are on my top ten list for pizza places and my best Roman Pizza Al Taglio. It’s certainly a secret segreta spot but I don’t mind because it’s worth the detour. I also tried the tiramisu ans the salad and you will not be disappointed too. Complimenti
Roman Style Pizza with Pepperoni, Burrata and Spicy Hot Honey . So I've always loved a good pizza slice, and have been all over mtl trying to find the best styles, the best toppings, the best doughs... Etc... And I have to say that for this style of Roman style pizza @segreta_mtl as of right now might take the cake for me. Earning a spot on my top 5 of favourite pizzas in MTL and maybe even top spot for Roman Style Pizzas in MTL these guys love what they do and use great ingredients. . When ever a place is selling and using @biancodinapolitomatoes tomatoes I know they know quality ingredients! I was also surprised on the amount of foot traffic these guys had for the area they were in its crazy, happy to see a great spot getting so much love and attention! . One thing I'd do knowing now what I know is ordering the whole pizza, going to be cheaper then buying it by the slice but for a first time, you need to get a bunch of slices like we did, try them and see what's Ur favorite. They have great choices to choose from! They rise they're dough for over 72 hours and you can tell because u have a crunch from end to end of each bite.
Hands down best Al Taglio pizza in Montreal, better yet the peperroni pizza topped with burrata and spicy honey was the best slice of pizza I might have ever had. Charming place, a must try for any pizza lover.
Their Roman style pizzas are delicious! The pieces are pretty big too equivalent to roughly 2 medium pizza slices and the ingredients are super fresh! Extra friendly staff too! The margherita, pepperoni and artichokes pizzas were the best!
I mean come on you guys !! It’s Crispy on the outside soft in the inside this Roman style pizza blew my mind the first time I had it. Even so I had to come back and get another one just to be sure it was for real. It was that good I discovered this place thanks to Vito from Mano Cornuto shoutout . A Very friendly staff that know their stuff.
Finally got around to trying this lovely restaurant. We took it to go and reheated the slices in the oven as instructed. The crust is insane & the pizza is covered with fresh ingredients. We ordered 5 different slices. 4 pizza rossa - - Margherita - - Roman - - Giardiniera - - Spicy Italian Sausage 1 pizza bianca -- Funghi The workers explained every slice available and more were being freshly made. Overall, great pizza. I would definitely return. Maybe try some more pizza bianca.

This is the best pizza dough I have ever tasted in my life. I've traveled a lot in my life, had pizza all over the world, including Italy. I had local roman pizza, and this pizza, is Roma in the heart of Montreal. The owner went to Italy to learn from the best and brought back his knowledge here. In addition, he is accompanied by a chef who graduated from the renowned Montreal Culinary Institute for nearly 15 years and who creates complex but out of this world seasonal/special edition pizzas that are absolutely worth the detour. And on top of all that, the team is warm and welcoming, we feel that customers are more than a number! Again, best pizza in town!
Friendly and fast service. Slightly expensive for pizza and one pizza was too salty. Would have liked to have all my pizza slices heated.
The slices are huge!! The taste is good, it was a bit soggy but still a good pizza.
