Second Glance

Definitely a "quality over quantity" store. A lot of what's on the sales floor has already been sold at least during my visit. A large selection of used appliances at very fair prices. Everything is very clean and well maintained. They deliver and take cash or cards.

This place is a gem, with wonderful staff and a lovely selection of items! My husband and I just moved to our new home and needed a fridge, as the one the previous owners left us was noisy and clearly at the end of its life. We wanted a newer appliance, but wanted to be careful about how much we spent. Within minutes of entering Second Glance, the staff took care of us, helped us find a fridge at a great price, and arranged delivery to us within a couple of days. The movers were kind, professional, and careful when taking our old appliance away. This place will be our first stop whenever we are looking for an appliance or a piece of furniture!

I needed a new washer and dryer then found ALMOST new here and they took away my old ones for less than half the price of new appliances.. Very nice place , I wish them lots of success

My husband and I recently bought a Maytag Neptune washer/dryer set from Second Glance. We were so impressed with the customer service - polite, punctual and very professional. They even threw in free delivery to Hudson. The washer is great - a nice front loader. There was a problem with the dryer, but the set has a 6 month warranty on it, so they came to collect it and gave us a loaner while they tried to fix it. Can you imagine a retail outlet doing the same?! The dryer had a faulty board - a problem that is easy to miss as the heat worked sometimes - and it would have cost more than the cost of the dryer to fix, so we are keeping the loaner also a Maytag and they will call us once another Neptune comes in to their shop - something she assures me happens often. Amazing. Truly above and beyond. Check this place out - very good prices on appliances and excellent customer service. They deliver to Montreal for a very reasonable fee.
