Second Cup

Very bad customer service. I ordered a drink from the second cup by the Bay. I got to work after walking the 2 minutes there and it tasted bad. I went to the location by the elevator, only to be told they wouldn’t remake it because I got it at the other second cup kiosk and not at their location. The reason being that they won’t remake the drink because they are owned by different owners. I never had this problem with Tim Hortons or Starbucks. I am a regular at that second cup location because I work in the mall and I am there at least twice a day and every time I always get awful customer service from the managers there, but I keep going because I think it’ll get better and because it’s convenient. It doesn’t matter if the location is owned by different people. It’s the same brand. I was going to return the drink to the other kiosk, however they already dumped it out. So they begrudgingly re made the drink, complaining the entire way. And speaking their native language in loud tones. I am never going back to that location and I will be contacting the owner to complain. For paying $6 for a coffee, I expect at least decent customer service. No one smiles. No one makes small talk. Even when it’s slow. Me and all my employees will take our business to Tim Horton’s or Starbucks.

Salted butterscotch white mocca. No whipped cream no butterscotch. Decaf coffee. No decaf. I was told after I ordered it and was waiting. So this is bad service and they are out of everything. You second cup need to work on your business. Starbucks never has this problem and the mall has 2 of them.

When waiting for my drink I witnessed the manger confront the women in front of me about what I assume was a posted bad review. Totally rude and unprofessional. As a customer and a women who has worked in retail once or twice in her life, this confrontation was unacceptable. Your job is to make things better for the upset customer, not make things worse through confrontation. If I could give a 0/5, I would.

Terrible customer service. Go to Starbucks or Tim Hortons. The manager argued with me because my drink she made didn’t taste good. She is rude and I feel bad for her staff having to put up with her. When I asked her what her name is she got very defensive and wouldn’t tell me. I guess she realized she was acting unprofessional. There are a dozen other places to get coffee in the mall, places where it doesn’t taste like dirty sewer water, go there instead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Had the lady behind the counter call my girlfriend stupid because she didn't get the price right. Not impressed with the service.
