Sport Chek Westridge Place

I always felt like the staff look down on me here. Like I’m not cool enough, or dress well enough, and as a result don’t get the service I need. I’m a big outdoors guy and have bought a lot from Sports check.

We brought our bike for repair. Their workshop person didnt even charge us. It was a quick fix and he did it right on the spot. Highly recommended!

Tried to exchange a Christmas gift today. Because it was a gift, I did not have a receipt but knew the brand was sold at Sport Chek. The manager was very rude and instead of simply letting me know that the item isn't sold there and I could not exchange it, he proceeded to belittle me for trying to return an item to the wrong store. Otherwise, all of the other staff in the store were very friendly and helpful.

there were more staff then customers why can't I get my size of shoe . been here for a solid half hour found 3 pairs of shoes I want to buy if they have my size. kid sees I'm waiting for him when he's done with his customer. no he runs away to join the staff party going on with the girls at the front till . ....guess they are into making sales or watching the store.
