Prices are way too high, unless drastically reduced by sales. Coupons are so specific as to be unusable, or you get back points you may never use. Brand names and quality products are not allowed on the coupons, also not allowed are big ticket items that you would keep for years, like kitchen appliances, tools and workout equipment. Their eyeglass service is great and their staff are friendly and helpful.

Not enough registers open. No sales associates on the floor. Store was poorly staffed. However, I did find what I needed at a great price!

I love shopping at Sears. The shop your way rewards point system makes shopping more fun, because I earn points with every purchase that I can use toward my next purchase.

The store is OK not great but OK the experience you have is going to depend on a lot of factors like who you are waited on by. Some associates are great and helpful others pushy and want their commission for sales. Some associates also fail to know their system well so if you get a good associate who knows what they are doing it can be a good place to shop but there are a lot of factors to account for.
