I love loving here!!! It is always super quiet, especially with the golf course as the back yard. I'm a young professional and I've never had a problem with noise or neighbors. It is extremely safe here. Everyone keeps to themselves.The staff is amazing and the grounds are kept so neat and clean. I see the maintenance out and about every day. All problems are fixed quickly. My apartment is so new and modern inside. It's a cozy place to live. I also love the pool in the summertime and I love how easy it is to get to shops and grocery stores. The mailboxes are right inside the apartment door, which is locked at all times. I highly recommend living here! My only complaint is that the water in the shower sometimes changes temperature very quickly based on when other residents use the water.
