Sears

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator from Sears 2 years ago. On December December 30th 2017 our refrigerator stopped working, when we called the company that Sears outsources to C & E Appliances we were told that the earliest appointment was January 10th. January 10th comes and no one calls or shows up to our scheduled 5 appointment. We finally have someone come on the 11th of January for them to tell us they have to order a part. The customer service at Sears and C & E Appliances has been terrible we've been without a refrigerator for over 2 weeks we have 3 kids and two little ones with food allergies. I've had to throw away some of our allergy friendly food for my kids because it all spoiled. My husband and I are disappointed and very frustrated with the customer service at both companies. We will no longer purchase appliances or products from Sears because of the company they out source. Both companies because have poor customer service.

Great customer service. The blowout sale is superb. Hurry up and get what you want before you miss out on your favorite style

Very nice experience. Joe, in the shoe dept, was very courteous and professional. I really love the surprise points! Sometimes they are a surprise!
