You can call, and call, and call, and they never answer their phones. Trying to find out when my foster son’s appointment is, since they didn’t confirm the appointment or send an email, and I wasn’t there when it was made to get it into my calendar. I get they’re state-funded, but they should still have good customer service. Poor people deserve to be treated well, too.

Do not go there if you are not Hispanic. Went toady for my sons dental appointment and was about 5 mins early 325. I rang the bell and no one came out so I sat down. About 10 min later 335 a nurse came to the door saw me and closed the door. She didn't acknowledge me or even ask of I had been checked in. 10 mins later a patient came in who was Hispanic. A nurse came out saw me and saw him but only asked if he had been checked in. I stood up walked to the corner and said I'm checking my son in. 5 mins later another nurse came out which should have been for us but nope they grabbed the Hispanic patient and ignored me. I then tried to call them 5 separate times in which they hung up the call so I had to go back and get corporate info. Though they did not acknowledge me they sure made sure to cancel his appointment. Reporting to corporate and BBB.

They took care of my son's dental work quickly and with care. Definitely one of the best dental offices I have been to.

My son has deep crevices in his molars like me which increase risk for cavities. They identified cavities in these areas on multiple teeth and so we scheduled appointments to do the work. Normally when a dentist does a filling or sealant on a molar, the tooth will still have somewhat of an indentation in the middle similar to the natural shape. After Sea-Mar finished his fillings the center of these molars are higher than the outside of the teeth more like a mound. I will never take my children here again.

We have had a good experience with both of our children here. My son has major anxiety about dental work and the dentists and their assistants have always gone out of their way to help him feel more comfortable.

Dr. Olson Is the best!! He is so gentle and kind with children and does amazing work! His shots don’t even hurt, I don’t know how he does it. Literally the only dentist like him! I’m so sad this location isn’t taking adults. My son goes here also and sees him.

Worst experience of my life. Dentist was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They tried pulling my tooth and the dentist asked me how much money I made and how I would afford it and then made his decision for my tooth from there. All they care about is the money here! I did not understand what he was saying and he made me feel absolutely stupid! By far do not recommend this place whatsoever!! Don’t waste your time. I went to bright now dental that very next day and they told me everything I was told was incorrect and fixed my tooth right then and there.

SLOW AF. The doctor treats you like you’re just another person in a chair Dr Brown. Felt like an animal almost tbh. I flinched when he was just doing an exam when he went over a sensitive tooth & he didn’t even have any compassion, nothing. I’m scared to go there for my cleaning next month tbh... At the end of the rushed exam by the doctor, he says “Well you need an Endo & Ortho consult & those are out of pocket expenses. Here. Bye” K? Thanks so much for your “help.” I already knew my teeth were bad lol didn’t need you to tell me what I can tell myself by examining my own damn teeth!

I would highly recommend Dr.Brown. I had my molar tooth extraction and he was very smooth with the process.He is very welcoming and a good person.He knows how to do his work and communicate with his patients.Overall I’m glad with how he handled my tooth.I cannot complain.

Dont even waste your time calling, 100% waste of TIme and the RECEPTIONIST should be fired. Rude, and beyond unhelpful. Seamar just gets worse and worse. Clearly dont actaully want to help.
