Light Dental Studios of Bonney Lake

Very disappointed in my experience with this office. The Dentist and Hygienist were very nice, but when it came to getting an accurate quote on my recommended treatment plan and getting it scheduled it was terrible. I was told that the office would contact me once they verified my insurance.After a month passed and I hadn't heard anything I called them and inquired again and was told that they would call me back in a day or so. It has now been 2 months since my original appointment and I still have not received a phone call or been able to schedule my follow up appointment. Needless to say I will not be going back.

I've been very happy after switching to Light Dental Studios (Bonney Lake), over a year ago. Their top notch professionalism and attention to my dental needs have been outstanding. They cleaned up cavities, rebuilt my lower partial and I just finished my third semi-annual cleaning, with 100% clean bill of health. My gum tissue is tight around the teeth and "glowing pink"; as Valarie, my hygienist, was excited to report. I've adhered to their home-care suggestions and the results have been very positive: Looking forward to seeing them again in six months.

Light dental studios has an awesome staff that are truly dedicated to making your experience great. They also have state of the art equipment that makes procedures quick and painless!

As someone who suffers from extreme dental anxiety - I mean, paralyzing anxiety - I was so grateful to the staff for treating me so gently and kindly. I have had some terrible experiences at dental offices, starting at an extremely young age. This has given me some hope.
