The store is fine I have never had a bad experience. Last time I went there to buy scrubs I paid with a $100 bill, and it wasn't an issue. I came back a few days later to return one of the tops with the receipt and they refunded me with cash no problem.

If I could give this business a zero star but Google wouldn't let me. I came in on 4/10/16 to return a scrub top and scrub pant that I purchased last week. The lady that offered to help me was nice, but after she processed my returns and she noticed that the original form of payment was in cash, it basically went downhill from there. She asked her co-worker that was standing right besides her and she flatly, indifferently, and rudely said. "We don't do cash returns, it will have to be put into a gift card or exchange" At that moment, I was fuming because. First of all, the items I returned are all in perfect, brand new conditions with price tags still attach to them, Second of all, I have the original receipt. Third of all, I purchased the items last week and there store policy stated within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt. Lastly, when I stated that "It would have been pertinent if I was told from the beginning that they don't give cash refunds" The "rude" lady flipped the receipt to check to see if it was stated in there. Guess what, it's not. On the official store webpage, it didn't state anything regarding any of there stores policy of not giving cash refunds. I basically, had to tell her no. I paid with cash, so I expect to get my money back then the "rude" employee stated " my manager is the only one that could do it" Which then I retorted with couldn't you just put in my debit card? The "rude" employee stated "we could try I won't guarantee it would work" As a first time customer, they left me with a very horrible, terrible, worst customer service experience. I will never go back to this store nor shop on there online store ever again. Heed my warning, don't shop at this store if you don't want to get ripped off your hard earned money. This place is a rip off! I am also going to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau regarding this questionable return policy they have. I wish I read the Google reviews before coming to this place so I wouldn't have to deal with there ridiculous store policy. On top of it all, they didn't even gave me my original receipt back nor said Thank you for stopping by and Have a good day.

Poor customer service. I entered the store, was the only person and was never greeted. There were three workers available. When I approached, 2 immediately scattered away and the other appeared frustrated that I was interrupting them. When asking about a particular item, was told that they are scattered through out the store and I would just need to look. I will not be coming back. Do not shop here.

If you shop here buy what they have in the store DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN unless you want to wait 4+weeks to get your stuff and want to deal with people that you can barely understand what they're saying and don't even know how to use their computer
