This is for the men’s cologne department. Let me just say, this is the first time ever that I get someone who didn’t just tell what they like in smell or what cologne their man likes, but he was able to tell us top 5 best colognes and why and what is in the. He explained in detail where I could understand. He was so helpful. His name is Jason. Awesome man! So men, and ladies, need help picking cologne for yourself or love one, Jason is the person to go to!!

The brand new Mac department section is absolutely phenomenal. If you need expert advice on makeup and want to experience great customer service and have an overall comfortable visit, I highly recommend going here. All the ladies here are so special and friendly, especially Kaeda! Her beaming personality and genuine care is really apparent. She sat my mom and I down and dolled us up; while she applied our makeup she explained step by step what she was doing and why. At the end of our makeup session, she listed the products that were used on a paper and gave it to us! So helpful! As she did our makeup she talked to us, laughed, and we all enjoyed ourselves. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! -Angelica

I appreciate the great variety in women's clothing and the great prices. The customer service is awesome! My only complaint is the music which causes my shopping experience to not be as relaxed as I'd like for it to be. If I was still a teenager, I'm sure I'd love the music. It would be very nice if the music was generationally neutral!

I waited in the women's shoe department for half an hour while they looked for a match to the shoe I wanted. I saw the lady "helping me" complete a few more transactions/find other people shoes. I went to check in and she was like, "oh I forgot to tell you I couldn't find, sorry." She knew I was waiting on her and she didn't tell me or bring me any other options.

I returned some pots and pans that were defective. I had packed the pots and pans when moving from MN back to OR in the original box. I had not looked in the box since packing them. Afraid I may have packed another pot of a different brand in the box I went back to the store a couple weeks later to see if I could look in the box to make sure. Two women who work there, Ann and Alana were SO HELPFUL! Even though Ann was over with her shift he still helped me find the box. It took a while, a couple places to search, but we found the box and thankfully the pot I thought was in there was not (later found when unpacking). The homegoods area at Macy's is awesome with great customer service. Thank you so much!!!
