Caroll, does not know how to change name on scotia bank online, gave me awkward look when I asked to do so. Clearly mentioned her my issue with name in bank and gave her my drivers license to show correct name, even though she did not pay attention to it and sent my wrong name again. After 4 days, I had to call the advisor to see why name change has not been done yet. After all this my name on app appears different but still wrong, went to another branch this time at Hewitson st, George was very knowledgeable and helpful and my name change and correction was done immediately.

SCOTIABANK IS HORRIBLE!!!nI deposited a GOVERNMENT cheque. Was told there would be a 5 day hold on part of my funds. Its been 20 days and they won't deposit my money for me!nThis is disgusting customer service!! I have money that I'm not able to access unless I go back there in person to talk to someone. I live 40 minutes away from the nearest branch!nYou guys are thieves!!!nYou won't give me my money or a reason why I can't have my money.nI will be closing my accounts and finding a bank that cares about customer service.nHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEnnDO NOT DEAL WITH SCOTIABANK!!!
