RBC Royal Bank

One of the best bank branches in Thunder bay. I came here almost around closing time asking for a help with money, the guy from India at the front desk straight away rejected my request but thankfully the lady sitting in the front desk straight away asked him to do the favour. Thanks a lot, and would like to open a bank account. Best customer service ever.

I've been with them for more than 3 years now and no complaints. Thank you lynn for writing custom bank statement as per my need. Great bank except they dont magically doubled my money

Service is terrible..no staff , tired looking facility!!nAdvice and information is inaccurate ..nProducts are poor at bestnNeed I say more ..nIt's a Canadian banknThey are poor to deal with and don't care.nMost staff are 21 or youngernRecord profits year in and year out off of the average Canadians backs!!

Worst bank ever to deal with....went in to speak to a manger on duty the customer service is the worst. The girl at the front desk was super rude...the manager on duty is lazy and always does not pay attention to his staff or customers...if I could give 0 for rating I would!! I hate going to this branch!!!

Just a very difficult bank to deal with. Would never recommend. Did similar banking on behalf of another parent at a different bank it was soooo much easier.
