They had gone over the contract way to fast, and added multiple features without my knowledge or consent; they added a loan protection plan $59 bi-weekly and credit optimizer $10 bi-weekly. These two add-ons alone were costing me an additional $140 a month. Additionally, they added a home and auto benefit that I did not know about. Initially I was happy with the service, but once I went over the contract and found all this out, I am shocked and upset that they misled me. I did not want or need ANY of these things. Called to have it all removed, both the protection plan and optimizer, and was told that I couldn’t do so over the phone but I had to go into store to remove. Later I called about the home and auto benefit being removed because it wasn’t discovered that they added it on until later and THIS add-on was alone going to cost me $364 I was met with “you just have to call them and they’ll remove it”. When I asked for the number I was genuinely shocked when I was told he did not have the number I had to google it. I understand it’s a separate company that you deal with but coming from working in sales myself we deal with a lot of other companies and we have the numbers on hand when customers have questions we cannot answer. I also deal with contracts on a daily basis and to me this was very rushed and unprofessional. Granted I should have taken the time to read it myself, but you should be able to trust that extra add ons aren’t being applied with out any consent.

I spoke with Amy who was super polite and was very clear on every step helped me beyond belief with my loan would 100% reapply for a loan with easy financial, customer service and skill amazing.

Amy was very helpful in getting me what I needed I will definitely be going back to see her again, she was very friendly .

Ayush was very professional and helpful. He got me the loan approved within a short period of time and made the process stress free.

Samson was an amazing work really easy too talk too and got me the loan I needed.. extremely helpful and really thankful to have dealt with him... had to come into the branch due too my own screw up and everyone at the branch helped with my issue and we got everything sorted in a very timely manner

Had excellent service. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to help me through the loan process. Was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and commitment displayed.
