Not only the service at the branch but the whole service at scotia bank is not good anymore. I spoke with the supervisor who didn’t know nothing. She doesn’t know I could do an advance from my credit to cover the overdraft, she didn’t know what she should re activate my account. But today I felt humiliated! Someone gave me a check to pay a debt ant the check was wrongly filled, my account was flagged and locked! I had to call fraude! I had to go 2 times at the branch and even there the cashier threaten me saying that is their decision to close my account instead! After 10 years with them, multiple credits and loans, never paid late. I don’t recommend Scotiabank and this branch except for a couple of employees is the worst of scotia.
Zero stars if I could. Worst management ever. Gives you their business card but dont answer multiple emails or calls.
Came in to open a business account and had an excellent experience with this branch and especially with Nadine Waked. She made the experience smooth and informative. Highly recommended!

I always waited too long whenever I visit there. I can see so many people moving around but only 2 persons available at the desk. They should improve the waiting time.
Made an appointment with a mortgage advisor to transfer my mortgage from CIBC to Scotia. I showed up on the time and date of the confirmation email to find notices everywhere that they are temporarily closed. My meeting was supposed to be with Alain Atangana and I received no communication from him besides the appointment confirmation a few days ago, so we expected all was still as confirmed. We waited at the class doors, seeing a couple of ladies walking around in there and working. Finally one stopped ignoring us and came to the door to yell that they're closed. I showed her the confirmation email through the glass but she kept pointing at the signs, offering no intelligible information as to why we were never contacted. I emailed Alain to see what was going on and got an out-of-office reply that he will be out Aug 9-Aug 24th. Thanks Alain....
Well , mine experience was too good. Really I got amazing service from this Scotia bank branch. I am student here and I did not received my credit card from 6 months but Mr. Jagraj kang who are working in this branch helps me alot to get my credit card and finally I received it. Thanks alot Sir.
Worse service ever seen,very bad experience with sarah and jagraj no follow up no communication i was keep on visiting bank for same reason for 2 months no one did any follow up and keep on insisting me that i dont need to visit bank they will work on my file but they didn’t ,worse experience.
I was asked to come into the branch to pick up a document. It took over 1 hour as they didn't know how to proceed with generating such document. Very disorganized, excuses for every 15 minute delay. All banks make you wait but this was beyond...
The branch manager at this location is very disrespectful and has a lack of customer-oriented focus. I was told one thing over the phone, once I took the time to get the necessary documents based on what I was told and made my way to the branch, I was told something completely different and had to take a second-day off to go and get this issue resolved. I let that slide as I understand security precautions have to be taken and it makes me feel safe, but be sure to provide accurate information over the phone. Furthermore, they had an "issue" with their ATM and said, I quote "You were just randomly unlucky today, it sucks for you and we can't do anything". Which caused troubles for me -- You guys are dealing with people's money and bank accounts that we use for day-to-day banking and bill payments, I understand having holds and security precautions but providing false information, forcing me to waste time and then saying such things are simply unacceptable by a financial institution, especially from a branch manager who is supposed to focus on helping clients have a safe yet easy banking experience. Aside from the disrespectful and unacceptable experience from the staff at this location, the phone support staff of ScotiaBank is incredibly helpful and are willing to help. I mostly do everything I can through email and through the phone just to avoid needing to set foot in this awful branch, directed by a senseless 'manager'. This same review has been sent to an Ombudsman and to ScotiaBank Canada's head office.
