In 27 years of active investing and working with numerous financial advisors I have never been treated with such arrogance and regarded so dismissively by the senior financial advisor, Johannes Curioso, at St. Alberta Scotiabank. He was unwilling to consider or even listen to my financial goals as I sought to increase my long-term holdings, and seemed more interested in pushing his products without regard to my established accounts or my previous investment performance. I was treated with arrogant and dismissive responses when I outlined financial goals and belittled for wanting to reduce my riskier holding to more secure investments. My phone call to the branch manager was never returned, and I would highly recommend seeking other more competent financial advice elsewhere.

Scotiabank has always given bad experiences as far as banks go, but the service at this branch is exceptionally awful. Do not recommend unless you have no other choice.

Every time I've visited this branch I"ve been greeted with friendly and helpful customer service.

every time I try to call my branch I get transferred to a call center and have to wait now for 15 plus minutes just to get transferred again. I have been with Scotia bank for 30 + years , time to move on to bank that will actually take a phone call from a Customer

Each time i contact this branch we have a different advisior. I am tired of the consistant turnovers with branch officials, how do you get to know your clientèle with these high tutn over rates of staff?
