I wouldn't recommend using Linda Speer as a mortgage specialist at this branch, or the many other locations throughout Edmonton. She does not communicate through the process, has a hard time working under time constricted guidelines and wasn't looking out for our best interest.

They only have one person working at the front There was only one client being helped while I was there and after waiting 10 minutes in line with no end in sight (not even an acknowledgment from the staff to say he would be done soon since it was taking a while) and another staff member that walked by but didn't even acknowledge me or ask how I can be helped, I left. Was terribly disappointed with their service.

It's a bank. Never had any problems at the drive up ATM and when I've been inside the bank, they've been friendly and helpful.
