Scotiabank

Horrible branch management. Advised that if I brought in a large sum of money into their branch via my bank account, that I would not be charged fees. Foolishly I did not notice for 6 months that they were charging me upwards of $123.00/month in service charges. The minimum balance to not pay services charges is approximately $4000.000 - my balance in most of the months they charged the fees was 40 TIMES the minimum balance required. The customer service manager refused to repay the fees.

Great Branch...The Best thing about this is they have the DRIVE THRU ATM which most bank dont have thats why it deserves 5 Stars...Nice Staff..Good location.

I wanted to sign up for the bank and start to earn scene points. To get a Bank account with Scotia Bank you need to book an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The hours of service is horrible as I work 9-5. Would not recommend sign up for Scotia when the competitors have better hours and services.

Attempted to reach customer support and got them, asked questions about branch and they tried calling branch. I agree with previous reviews you cannot get a hold of anyone at the branch!
