One of the worst banking experiences ever. From dropped paperwork to terrible hours and customer service. Will not bank with again.

There is never enough counter people working, and wait times can be up to 50 minutes.

Great Staff and lots of them. In the 16 years I've been dealing with them I've never had a problem. If you're stuck there is always the Noth end location on Saturdays. I'm generally in and out of there in less than 10 mins tops. I like the downtown location but parking can be a hassle. I wish they were more competitive with their mortgage rates. Then I'd do all my banking there.

Some people can't even count your dollars properly. I lost $14 out of $54 today when turning my coins into cash. Just because miscommunication and by the time I came to know that the totalled amount was wrong my whole money went into their coin boxes.Can't blame entire bank staff but one in them can ruin the whole thing. Please let well trained people do the jobs.
