RBC Royal Bank

I deal with this bank on a regulator basis. Even though I always pay my monthly RBC Visa bills completely off and one I even cancelled; the Bank has the """""" to additionally charge me $1.56 after I paid and closed the VISA card. I got the bill in the mail. What the """"" is RBC thinking???? The envelope cost money, the postage cost money, the statement cost money. I came in to pay this statement completely off and I used my vehicle with my gas and paid parking meter yet one month later I get the $1.56 bill? What the Sam """""" is going on??? Oh, yeah I contacted my representative that handles my account - he tells me to phone a toll free number. REALLY??? How long do you think I was on hold????? It cost me a lot of money -

LOL. THEIR SO STUPID THEY CHANGED THE WORDING IN MY REVIEW TO MAKE THEMSELVES SOUND BETTER, COMPLETE IDIOTS .I deal with this bank once a month or so. The employees of this bank are flat rude. There is no costumer service at this location and If you don't have an account with them they simply don't treat you nice. After being denied a mortgage with this bank, I switched all my banking needs to the credit union that gave me a mortgage. They offer me coffee when I enter the credit union, not the crappy rbc bank and are so helpful and kind. The royal bank is horrible and do not recommend going into that rude unhelpful bank. And to follow up, i called the rbc and they admitted the last mistake was theirs and refunded me the nsf charge the inexperienced teller clearly did not realize. It was an rbc mistake, she was to ignorant to do her job.
