What a sham of a bank this is. My senior father trued to open an account online, they took every bit of information and still asked to visit a branch.nAt the branch the lady says i cant help you open an account and claimed to send a message to whoever is available but then said nobody responded.nWhy is a person on the front counter if they cant assist with basic things.nSheer stupidity.nnLost my business as well now.
I had a great experience. One of their staff member, named Sydney helped me out. She is so helpful and nice, provide me with all details.
Last time i was here with an appointment they made me wait 1.30hrs only to say they can't help me. Same happened today long cues, inefficient staff only to tell that can't help you out.
They make you wait in line for 30 minutes only to get you to go to another branch because their system is down. is this professionalism ? Long waiting plus poor customer service. There was one lady kinda Japanese who was very rude and partial to customers due to racism I believe. Never gona go to that lady in future. All other representatives and tellers were helpful other than her. I hope she understands how to treat people well and with some manners..
