The employees keep changing at an astonishing rate. There's a sprinkle of attitude amongst some staff, which reminds me things still haven't changed over the last 4 years or more. Looked like a ghost town this time around. But the location is convenient which is why I gave it some stars if any.
Excellent Branch ..nHad appointment with Christy a few days ago.nShe was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable .nAll our questions were answered and explained to the “T”nShe introduced us to new products which is very beneficial to our needs.nThank you kindly Christy .
Amazing customer service by Alfred Chan. Earlier when we went inside the bank, the lady on receptionWon’t name her talked to us with an attitude and was not willing to even put any efforts to help, however Alfred went all the way and showed an example of excellent customer service.
Big Shoutout to Ankush Kaura. He has great knowledge and really good customer service skills. He deserves more raise. I booked an appointment with him twice and experience was 10/10.
Very disappointed with the staff members and the manager. They never help you instead will always make some random excuses and make us visit a different branch. Have no idea where their customer service is????? Will never visit this location again. Not recommended!!!!!
