Oh my god what is wrong with this place? So my card info gets stolen by some guy in Mexico. Okay, cool. They call me and we cancel the card. Except they didn’t cancel it. They canceled the card I was due to receive because my card was EXPIRING. So I go in twice, talk with two other people about this issue. They tell me that I’ve been sent another card to their branch but it’s lost in the mail. EXCEPT IT ISN’T. Weeks later they call me and tell me they’re destroying my card because they’ve been holding it for a month now. Yeah. Holding it hostage. I hate these guys. Next time I go in it’s going to be to cancel my accounts and change to another bank.
I have been trying to work with this Branch for 5 years..It has to be one of the slowest moving least efficient branches I have ever been into. The lineup to see a bank teller is consistently 30 minutes or longer.. the so-called welcoming customer service rep at the front door is very rude obnoxious as she points and yells at people.... I have moved half of my accounts from this branch to across the street to a BMO....
I came to Canada 2years ago and my all family opened RBC accounts at this location . We are were treated so well .nnLater some months I had to apply for2 RESP for kids . I had appointments with 1of the staff and she delayed the process so long . I had to call government authorities and follow up myself for everything. Was so upset with the ignoring response of the staff at this location but never complained .nnToday I visited the location again since it was near icbc where I had my appointment. The same lady who was ignorant previously, met me again and did not help with my business related account . I won’t definitely leave RBC but I won’t visit this branch !!!
I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Sarah Zafar at the bank, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and provided clear guidance throughout the process. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth Marulanda Serna who assisted me with some errands that needed to be done at the bank. I have to say it’s always refreshing to encounter someone who goes the extra mile to provide excellent service and genuinely help customers. Her ability to identify areas for me to save money really shows her dedication and expertise. I had such a positive interaction—definitely a testament to her professionalism!
