Good luck having someone answer the phone, called 6 separate times? Hope it's because they're too busy selling tires at great prices which is what I hear. Bought mine from someone who picked up the phone and probably paid more.

What a great place for a tire change! They take appointments!! I showed up for my time, they took my keys and 22 minutes later I was paying. Very fast. And did I mention they take appointments? I didn’t have to rush to get there first thing and then wait all day to maybe get a phone call saying it’s done. Just after I paid I also overheard a phone call where the person that worked there said they were too busy for a specific thing but then she recommended another business and said they were great to deal with. Sure don’t see that too often.

I went here twice to get a tire change. The first time they broke my pressure sensors but claimed it definitely was not them…all the while they had a poster on the wall claiming scooters is not responsible for broken pressure sensors. I thought that it could have been a coincidence. The second time…they broke my sensors again and this time they literally stuck the wrong tires back into my vehicle. I only realized this when I went to change them back on. They literally gave me Mud & Snow All seasons that are 225/60 r17. The tires I had removed were 225/45 r17 summer tires. Clearly not the same thing. The 60s are literally the size of my wheel well. As you can imagine….they did nothing to help me out and were incredibly dismissive when it came to the fact that maybe they made a mistake. Buyer beware!

I needed a new tire put on very last minute as I had a lot of driving to do the next day. They went above and beyond by getting me In that day fixing my rim and putting on a new tire. I couldn’t be more pleased they had amazing prices, very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Bought a set of brand new tires from Scooters Tire Barn in December. Great service & cost less than any other seller in the HRM, totally recommend. It only took them 20 minutes to swap out the tires while I waited.
