Scooter's Coffee

I only go here because it's decent drive thru coffee, but gosh, the amount of times they put regular milk in my drink when I asked for a substitute and I'm practically crapping my pants at work? It's terrible! Apparently this is common, as my lactose free coworker experiences the same thing. But we keep coming back. Maybe it's the free ducks or the fun lid stickers.

Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever received. Worker named Kamry Anderson was very rude and told me that I’m not welcomed here and I should go to Starbucks. I can not believe that she has a job. Terrible management and employees. Hard to speak to customers like that and have the worse coffee in town. I will not be returning. And the managers should have a serious conversation with her about her actions if they want to continue to get costumers. In disbelief with this.

I love scooters and look for it when I travel but everytime I come to Scooters here in Yankton I get the same drink made extra large and its made different every time. I continue to go back because I love this certain drink but when I ask blended I havento give it back because its not blended. I feel if your spending $11 for 1 drink then it should be the way its suppose to be. I called and got well we cant remake it or refund your money. We will try again and see if I may have to find a new drink or coffe shop.

The quality of the training seems very poor, I was denied a request to steam the heavy whipping cream in my brewed coffee, this is the best way to order it since it comes out lukewarm if you order it unsteamed. I prefer extra hot. every other coffee shop has no problem doing this, why can you not steam heavy whipping cream at this location?

I LOVED the red-bull infusions. I’m upset they don’t sell red-bull anymore. It’s cool that they have their own “scoot” energy or whatever but it doesn’t taste the same. RIP red-bull infusions 1998-2023
