Hy-Vee

I’ve had consistently positive experiences shopping at Hy-Vee. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes grocery trips quick and stress-free. The produce section is especially impressive, with fresh fruits and vegetables that are well-stocked and high quality. I also appreciate the wide selection of meats and the helpful staff at the meat counter who are willing to answer questions and offer recommendations.nThe customer service at Hy-Vee really stands out. Employees are friendly, approachable, and quick to help you find what you need. The checkout process is efficient, and even during busy hours, the lines tend to move at a steady pace. I also like that they offer both self-checkout and traditional lanes, giving customers options based on preference.nAnother great feature is the variety of specialty and health-conscious items available throughout the store. Whether you’re looking for organic products, gluten-free options, or ready-to-eat meals, Hy-Vee makes it easy to find something that fits your needs. Overall, it’s a dependable grocery store that combines quality products with excellent service

Ordered a cake for my sons 2nd birthday. When I called I asked for a full sheet cake, the biggest size they could do. They asked how many people we were feeding, I answered about 50 or so. They took note of it. I arrived to pickup my cake at 10:30 am in the morning and was told it would not be ready until noon. We showed up at noon to the biggest disappointment of his whole party. The cake was very small. Seems smaller than the sheet cakes in their cooler. The decoration was nice. Matched his theme. Seems like some work was put into it but they forgot the “Happy” in “Happy Birthday.” I probably won’t ever order a cake from them again and definitely don’t recommend anyone ordering and going thru the headache I did

Very clean grocery store with so much to offer. Their deli/ hot foods are really good. They have an area with tables & offer a variety of meal/food items, fountain drinks, tea & coffee you can purchase at the deli counter area. We had a great lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a all in one grocery store, I can not say enough good things about the Yankton Hy-Vee. I only been in this store a few times but when I was here I came in contact with friendly and helpful employees with great customer service. Where else but at the Yankton Hy-Vee can you relax at the food food court and have a great meal before buying your grocery's. I highly recommend this Hy-Vee supermarket for it is a great store for all of your grocery needs. If you are a local or just traveling though I thank you for choosing Hy-Vee and thanks for spending time in historical Yankton S.D. and come back again.

For whatever reason, I have had an issue with my club card for over a year now I think I’ve spent about two hours in the store trying to fix the issue because I get points towards gas but none of the in-store coupons they add up I’ve spent time in the store multiple times just to be treated condescending disrespectful, and like I’m wasting their time I have given each person the benefit of the doubt that they were not the last person supposedly fixing the issue However, I am met with distain and ignorance absolutely no customer service and like I am the bother even though I spent two hours shopping beforehand the coupons available and coming to the store specifically for the deal heaven forbid I want it when I get here and wonder why it didn’t come off when I typed in my phone number in I have tried to speak to multiple in-store managers as well. I’m coming to Google now.
