Scenic Motel

When you book a cheap motel online you kind of expect the worst. Well I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Scenic Motel is actually a fantastic motel. My family stayed in one of the rooms with three single beds. At first I thought that was weird, but I quickly fell in love with the three beds. And the surrounding area makes it one of the most beautiful motels you're gonna find.

Worst Motel experience I've ever had. The manager will blow up if there is a little problem & he likes to use the "F" bomb.

Showed up in the afternoon and checked in without a problem. Comfy room right at the edge of Huron National Forest. Nice stay. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

I gave this a 5-star rating because it met our needs 100%. We went for a long weekend vacation just to ride our four wheelers we wanted a motel that we could back our trailer right up to our door so we could see our trailer and four wheeler at all times with this motel we could do that. The room is a basic room no coffee pot but it does have a mini fridge it's a very clean room but just the necessities but that's all we needed there is a restaurant walking distance right next door a McDonald's across the street and a little grocery store two blocks up the road very convenient. The owners were very friendly they let us check in early at 10 a.m. because no one booked the room the night before and they did not charge us extra for the early check in. I will most likely be staying here again next time we go away for a weekend to ride or four wheelers.

Nice motel with real nice owners! They were very accommodating and the rooms were clean. The 5 of us are ATV riders and were able to access the trails right from the motel. We are looking forward to coming back next year! UPDATE!!! Came here again for the 2014 season and it was just as good! The owners are just fantastic and so were the rooms. We are definitely keeping the Scenic Motel on our list of places to stay!
