I have no idea why there are bad reviews. This place has some of the best, authentic pizza that you can get and I have eaten pizza in Brooklyn. Great Service. Amazing food.

The baked ziti, breadsticks and pizza are delicious! Did I mention the lemonade? That tastes real good. Don't believe these bad reviews and enjoy!!

Ordered from DoorDash a few times now and will not be ordering from this Sbarro again. All 3 times, the pizza tasted old. Like it was made last week and then reheated. Very poor experiences every time I’ve ordered.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. Took way too long to get out food, workers are touching the ingredients with their bare hands, and we’re rude. One worker even was wearing headphones while working, unprofessional doesn’t even describe how badly this place is

I called in an order for a whole pizza, to save some time. 35 minutes later I arrive there. There were no customers. And no pizza for me. They totally disregarded my phone order and my time. Don't bother going there as they couldn't care less about customers. No wonder the reviews are so pathetic.

Hair in every slice of pizza. Absolutely disgusting.

Reheated pizza for $5. Better options all around the food court.

The abdominal pain I’m experiencing today is the core of my review. That stuffed pizza was either left out too long or was underdone. I am totally sick today. Thank goodness my toddler only felt like eating the bread stick. Guess this is why we usually don’t eat fast food. Ahhhh.

Pizza is great as always but the guy serving sucks. Zero customer service and slow af. Cashiers are good.

Super fast service. Great youn energy, a store that is definitely getting re staffed. Getting better
