I would have given this Panera a very high grade if not for one big mistake. Tell me, on what planet does it make sense to order a Tuna sandwich with no Tuna? I ordered the sandwich with no Tomato not no Tuna! Other food seemed fine and was packaged well.

Panera has improved everything since a few years ago. I’m impressed! Great quality. They added coffee and natural teas and lemonades. Amazing!
Pretty good and convenient since its next to burnsville center pretty empty because of covid and I think the fireplace in the restaurant/fastfood is iconic.
Customer service is good, but they never fail to forget the baget that literally comes with your soup. I understand being busy, but really how hard is it to double check and make sure everything is in the to go bags before putting them out?
