Pizza was really good. Parking was horrible. Store was freezing and smelled like cigarettes. Was really hard to get help in there-Seemed like the employees were more concerned about their phones.
The store smelled bad/weird when we went in to pick up our order. Might be picking up something from one of the stores neighbors. Staff was nice enough, though half weren't wearing a masks. Pasta was not bad, but wasn't a fan of the pizza. I think maybe the sauce is too sweet for my husband and my tastes.
Great like always from this store. Great manager too, she's always so nice.
Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for my contactless pickup
I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks on line for pick up. Some how the app dropped the pizza from the order. Kurtis took excellent care of me and got a pizza made ASAP. Thanks to the great staff at Burnsville Pizza Hut.
Very bad attention María the cashier is very rude
Went in and didn't even get greeted right away dude just looked at me and kept doing other things, then just asked if I had pickup and if it was paid and handed it to me, did manage to say have a good day, but then the food was cold already.
