John and his team saved my boyfriends life. They were professional, caring, and not only took care of my boyfriend, but made sure to check on me and make sure I was okay too. I will forever be grateful for this team.

Sitting at a Wendy's in eau Claire. Two ambulance workers came in. One tall woman and one man with a hat. The man with the hat walked into the Wendy's without a mask on. As a health care professional I would expect the man to have the decency to wear a mask and his partner to encourage him to wear a mask. Disappointing.

Professional, polite and fast response emergency medical service. Their service providers arrived on the scene, rapidly assessed the situation and stabilized our loved one prior to air transport to Duluth. We are grateful for their help and professionalism.
