Cashier didn’t trained well and no follow up by manager who promised to call. I went to Save On Foods and select an Amazon gift card during new year. Confirmed with the cashier if the Tuesday 15% off will be applied on the gift card before request her to set the amount on the card. Then I found there is no discount applied on the receipt. A lady who handled the complain said there is no manager on site and I have to go back home wait for a call NEXT DAY. After 10 days nobody contact me at all. There is no mistake from my side but they are not willing to refund. I asked them to save the record from their surveillance camera and approve there is oral confirmation regarding the discount on cards. The lady who was handle my complain on site would not provide any record or note and just hope me leave and WAIT. This is not a way to handle check out issues and customer relationship. The cashier was supposed to answer this simple question properly!!

Maybe a bit pricey but shop the deals and you will do ok. Clean with decent products.

Mostly they don’t have abundant formulas on shelf compare other Save-On-Foods or Super store. I went there and bought stage 1 formula and there are only 2 regular stage 1, have to purchase stage 2. And today I found they were selling formula which will expire the same month! It’s impossible to finish a big box of formula right a few days after the purchase. And it was supposed on clearance shelf many months in advance in other superstores.

I love the variety and selection that save on has. they have products that other places don't have.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff but most of the time only 1-2 cashiers are available and the self checkouts are not the nicest to use all the time
