In 2002 I was starting my life anew. I was getting divorced and raising my children on my own and I bought my own house for the first time in my life. I had to find new insurance for my automobile and my home. My children being so important, I needed a car and a job to support them and having coverage for my house to provide for them. 
A friend of mine suggested Chris. He had known Chris for years and spoke highly of him. Chris came down to meet me at my convenience, knowing how busy I was. We went over everything I would need, options I could add in if and when I felt they would suit my family and my situation.  Christ made an intimidating situation so much better. I never once felt pressured to add in something I wasn't confident I needed.  
It is 2016 and I can honestly say that Chris and his assistant Rita have taken such good care of my needs, my family's needs as we've grown, bought different cars, my children started driving and eventually, have gone out on their own.  
I know someday Chris will retire and I will be happy for him because he has definitely earned a rest; but, I'll definitely not be thrilled. For the first time in my life I have felt confident that my insurance agent isn't simply someone looking out for his or her own best interest, but actually cares for me and my family.
