Saucy Burger

Saucy has one of the best crispy chicken burgers I’ve had in the city. It’s a big piece with a nice amount of lettuce. I also asked for my sauces to be put on the sides so I can add as much or as little as I wanted. The original was nice but it wasn’t anything special, the patty was on the smaller and thinner side but it was nice. Their biggest appeal is definitely the sauce it’s nice but it kind of reminds the Big Mac sauce sorry. It’s good! We also had a coupon from lounge 18 which was a nice touch!

Ordered the Original Saucy with farmer’s cheese sauce and bacon bits, and fries. Nicely packaged; fries were tasty and bun looks great, but I agree with others in that the burger patty itself is oddly devoid of flavour. I felt my burger ate like a less-sweet Big Mac, and that isn’t exactly high praise. Fix the patty and I think you’d see more positive reviews. I wanted to like this place - they’ve done a great job with the interior - but with South Street and Clive within spitting distance, there are better options around.

I had a great experience here. It was my first time coming to saucy, and they did not disappoint. The food, the atmosphere, everything is great here. Would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a quick bite. I had the spicy chicken burger, which I saw from another review. I was not disappointed. Very tasty, saucy, and spicy. Not to also mention the big piece of chicken you get on the burger. Would order it again. Also would recommend the milkshakes here, sorry no picture, drank to fast. Thanks for the meal saucy burger. I will be back in the future.

Was very tasty burger. I was very impressed for $10. Great value for a nice juicy breakfast burger. Ask for onions on it though, it just elevates the whole sandwich I do agree with other comments though that the beef patty could use some more flavour. Whole thing could have used some salt n pepper.

Great local independent burger joint with amazing cheese sauce ! Enjoyed the original saucy burger with farmers cheese a tasty cheese sauce . Enjoyable & tasty patties - not too thick . Lattice fries with the farmers cheese were good but a little light on the cheese - the only common ‘ grumble ‘ was that cheese sauce was skimped and the fries could have used more sauce . This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again soon .

We went to Saucy Burger on Sunday evening since I have been wanting to try it for ages and it did noooot disappoint! The sauce was flippen delicious. We had a spicy chicken burger and Turkey burger and boy, oh boy are they ever tasty! Highly recommend this joint for a tasty burger and yummy fries!

Saucy burger is "Saucy to the last bite" with super great burgers that were just dripping with the saucy goodness and a had side order of greatness being thier Chilli Waffle cut frie. All and all a pretty great place to check out for the first time or to go back for the second bite of Saucy Burger goodness

Honestly, I love the concept. Love the vibes and I'm sure alot of people enjoyed them. I've already been here 3 times. First time I enjoyed it. The waffle fries are super crispy, even a little too much in my opinion. I had the mexi, the pico de gallo is great. The regular fries aren't great at all. Not crispy. Add some sauce to them and they're soggy AF The burger, Ive read the reviews to see how everyone else felt about it but it def tastes like it was frozen although I know they say they aren't and that they have a local supplier using different cuts of beef. All sounds nice on paper but it's def a little on the tougher side, has a very dense rubber like patty. Lacks that juicy thicker meat. I'm sure others would agree with me but the cheesy, "saucy" burger isn't for everyone. They'll need some heartier options. All that being said. I think it's sub par. Flavors are nothing to really brag about. Saucy sauce isn't either. There are other burger spots I would def prefer over this one. Heck there are restos that have better burgers. If that's the only thing you're serving... Mom had the turkey, I can't personally speak about it but she didn't have much to say about it. Except that she would prefer smash burger or allumni haha May give it another shot

Only writing this review because of the new management! Shabnam was absolutely lovely and so pleasant to interact with, her customer service and positive attitude is worth mentioning. The owners did an amazing job in hiring her to run the store. She greets you with a big smile and answers any questions you may have regarding anything on the menu. My first time trying the burger from this place and I must say the name doesn’t disappoint! The burger and everything is super fresh and you can tell the quality of it from the first bite. I can’t wait to go back in and try the other burgers on the menu! Thanks Shabnam for turning me into a new regular customer.

We went down to Saucy Burger to check it out. Great looking burger place. We had a variety of meals between the 4 of us and none of us left feeling disappointed. The lattice fries with Chili and cheese sauce were fantastic-crispy and tasty. The burgers were juicy and held up to the name of saucy burgers. The buns were super fresh and delicious. The vegan burger had so much flavour- no cardboard flavour there. Super generous portion of fries with the meals. Milk shakes were creamy and delicious! 5 stars from us!
