Sasquatch Jacks Hideaway Barroom & Grill

OMG!! I'm so glad We decided to stop here for date night this evening. We had the large order of Onion Rings, which were extra amazing from the seasoning to breading and dipped in ranch was absolutely to die for. We chose to pay the extra amount to get the "signature side", which was a garden salad. That was the best choice because it was so fresh and delicious. My Husband and I both chose to do burgers, he ordered the Sasquatch Burger, which was massive and looked amazing. He stated it was even better than it sounded on the menu and he was glad he chose to get the salad to get his veggies in, since there aren't any on the burger. I got difficult with my order because I wanted the Big Smokey deli sandwich, but wanted to make it a burger and they accommodated my request, with a little extra amount needing to be added to the cost of the deli sandwich, but the flavor and how filling it was made it totally worth every penny. Our waiter was great, he didn't hover over Us like some do when they don't have a lot of people in their section, bit stayed attentive while doing his other tasks. I will be recommending this restaurant to friends who would like to enjoy a fantastic meal and great atmosphere. Bathroom were clean and stocked with paper products, so not only did they do amazing with the food, the cleanliness of the dinning area, but they were definitely on top of the bathrooms, which can be looked over or forgotten about very easily, but overall, I give them a 10/10 this evening. My wife and I were in Waverly for an overnight stay and decided to stop here for dinner. To start with, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The inside is well lit and the decor is fitting for the name. We started with the fried cheese logs. They had good flavor and there were more then enough for the two of us. My wife chose the pork tenderloin based on the recommendation of our waitress and the online reviews. She said it lived up to both. I myself went with the Mythical Monte Cristo. The fried French toast bread was great, and there was plenty of ham and pulled pork to fill up the sandwich. The strawberry jam that came with it was a nice addition. The portions were large and the prices were well affordable. If you're looking for a laid back "locals" vibe with solid food and drinks, you'll get your money's worth here.

Tried the popper burger and it was amazing! 1/3 lb patty with a circular fried jalapeno popper thrown on top with a side of delicious crispy fries. My friend tried the burger with a crab cake on top and he gave it two thumbs up. We will be back to try more. Good selection of beers.

I really enjoyed my meal at Sasquatch Jacks! I was just visiting town for the evening and wanted to find a place that stays open late where I could read my book and have a meal without it being awkward. This was the perfect place! I sat at the bar, but it was pretty slow most of the night, so plenty of tables were open. The bartender was nice and conversational when needed but mostly left me to my book, which I really appreciated. He recommended the fried pork tenderloin SO GOOD and potato salad, so I went with that and wasn’t disappointment. Definitely will come back if I’m in the area again!

This place was amazing The service was excellent And the food is delicious... I suggest the dish... Yeti's Last stand well worth the money!!!

We were seated right away. Drinks were offered immediately. Menu very user friendly. Food arrived hot and was extremely tasty. Loved the French fries. Loved the decor and separate dining and bar areas. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm always nervous getting take out while I am in new towns. Some places just don't care about their takeout customers. That is NOT the case here, both meals ordered were top notch delish. Both of us had food babies after our dinner.

Three of us stopped for lunch. I ordered a Monte Christo and fries. Both were very good. The sandwich came with a delicious strawberry sauce. I'm also so happy that they serve Diet Mt. Dew here!

I had the Jackalope shaved prime rib sandwich and wish it had been bigger, but it was tasty. As I side I had the mushroom bisque and it was outstanding. Would be great as a stand alone lunch with a chunk of good bread. My daughter ordered the Chicken Shells n' Cheese. It was really good and enough on the plate that she made another meal out of it later.
