Dr. Thatcher and Dr. McFadden are wonderful doctors. Their entire staff of nurses, assistants, and receptionists are pretty amazing, too! I never felt pressured or threatened by the head of billing, either. They were all there for me throughout my entire pregnancy, and even after giving birth to my first child over a year ago, they still inquire about her, when I come in for visits. Dr. Thatcher and Dr. McFadden don't beat around the bush. They are direct, but compassionate and most importantly, they both have a great sense of humor, which is much appreciated in times of stress and concern. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Dr. McFadden is seriously the best... He helped ease my anxiety so nicely when i went in for my procedures! Thanks to him and his nurses for being so patient! Highly recommend them.

The office staff here is so incredibly rude. All I wanted to do was reschedule an appointment and find out what to do for a prescription that would lapse because of having to reschedule and I got yelled at that because how date I need an appointment later than 1 in the afternoon because the Doctor is a mother and needs to be able to pick her children up. It is not my fault the Dr is only part time. All I wanted to do was leave a message for the Doctor as to what she wanted us to do and the office staff yelled at me and then hung up because I told her she didn't need to have an attitude with me. I get the schedule and I know that our schedule wasn't their fault, I just wanted to know what the Dr wanted us to do and they refused to take a message and just yelled at me instead. Very rude.

I have been going to Sean McFadden for several years. I had other OBGYN's before, but was personally recommended by my primary care physician to go to him because many doctors and nurses in town do. He is no-nonsense and will tell it like it is, but also very caring and extremely dedicated to his practice. If you are looking for corporate, this is not the right office for you. I have no doubt that he saved my sons life and prevented me from having to have a c-section and would trust him with any of my medical needs. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr McFadden is a straight-shooter, tells it like it is, which is quite refreshing anymore. He has a fantastic sense of humor and is intelligent beyond belief. He cares for his patients as if they were his own sister/daughter/wife. And beyond taking care of your Ob/Gyn needs, he (and his wife, Dr Kay Thatcher) care for you as a whole person, body and mind. Dr McFadden very surely saved my life, detected a problem for me early enough because he is very thorough and caring, and got me the proper medical help in time. I appreciate him beyond words.
