Scheduled a booster for my 13 year old after FDA approval and CDC sign off. Registered on their website as such - no problem signing up. Received confirmation. Went to the appointment and was turned away because "THE STATE HASN'T SIGNED OFF ON IT". Two questions: 1. How many layers of additional bureaucracy are there while a pandemic is raging on? 2. Why letting the sign up go through? Poor, poor organization and management. God help us.

Astounded at how little vaccine distribution is happening in Sarpy County as compared to neighboring Douglas County. Very little communicating regarding the county's plans for distribution and it seems no desire to give people a means of contacting them easily to learn more.   Who is asleep at the wheel?

I am always impressed with what this department does and how nice they are.    They have a lot of information about public health and are there to answer questions regarding anything from West Nile Virus to the blue-green alge in our lakes and ponds. I am glad they're here!
