Ordered a Santorini pizza. Super fast preparation, surprising for a weekend night. Almost a perfect pizza. Could use a bit more gyro meat. My bigger issue though was the olive oil had a rancid taste that changed the enjoyability.
This place is a life saver for being open at Midnight on a Saturday. I came to Minneapolis for a concert and it ended very late. I liked the pizza but for a personal it was expensive. This here's the primo capicollo. I liked the dough and the taste of the toppings-- but my advice? Don't get the dessert. I got the Tiramisu and it was frozen without having any flavor. Pizza good, sweets not so good.
Honestly, they used to be my favorite pizza place. But they've betrayed me and now I will never go back. I'm a teacher and I always used my $10 loyalty rewards for classroom pizza parties. It made serving 25 students pizza affordable on my public servant salary. I went online a couple weeks ago to order a pizza party for my students and my rewards were gone. Frantic, I called the store and they told me rewards now expire after 21 days. There was nothing they could do. This is a nightmare. I earned those rewards through nearly a decade of customer loyalty and my hard earned dollars. I saved them for a purpose. I didn't waste them on myself. And without warning, you saw fit to wipe out my entire loyalty rewards account? I've tried emailing and calling corporate but no one will do anything to restore those rewards. I had to cancel the pizza party for my students. Years of love and this is what I get back? Sarpino's greed has cost them a loyal customer.
Normally it's good, but this time was real bad. The layer of cheese was thicker than the dough part of the pizza. My fork went higher than the pizza dough. It's almost hard to tell there is anything underneath the toppings.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. Ordered, waited 2 hours, called, no answer, picked up then hung up on, then cancelled without reason. Ended up ordering from Leaning Tower and received my pizza in literally 15 minutes. If you're reading this you've already made the mistake of ordering my condolences or you're considering it, DON'T. You're only enabling completely insane business practices.
Good luck. Put in your address, website routes you here. Place your order and check out, and website says they don't deliver there. Call the store, and they just say "we don't deliver there, and we can't tell you what location to call." Don't bother.
No one ever answers the phone I've been on hold for 7mins now.. Super rude when I called to check on an order I placed through Uber eat... Yet they Supposably stay open until 1am... They need to fire and Re-Hire or shut the whole place down. I will be on my way to confront them tomorrow... Period....
Rude staff, slow service, Pizza definitely not worth the money... cost me over fifty dollar to get a large pizza and cheesy bread and soda just to get home and realized that was the wrong sausage and the wrong crust and no tomatoes. So when I called to rectify, the rude staff prove to be even more rude by ignoring and invalidating my concern then hanging up on me twice. Never again.
Here from out of town and needed somewhere open past midnight. Walked in and got our food in under 10 minutes. Fantastic pizza, definitely would go again.
Just found a piece of a rubber glove inside the crust of one of my pizzas.
