I stopped in to order a couple of bouquets. I had seen pictures on their website. They were perfect!! I was so pleased when I picked them up!! I was proud to give them to people!

The worse service I've had ever had. I tried to follow up with an order and nobody picked up. The day the flowers were suppose to deliver there was no contact or communication. They called me insistently when it comes to the money. Also had many employees tell me different things. 
) My flowers were delivered so I can't cancel the order.
) My order was lost??!
) They won't deliver my flowers until Monday. The day after Mother's Day.

I ordered a Telefloral arrangement from Sargents Floral using their online photos, but I called the shop to personally describe what I wanted. The lady I talked with was very helpful. I ordered an arrangement with lavender roses, purple wax flowers and lavender larkspur.  They are so beautiful! Everyone who has seen them has asked where they came from, and I've certainly told them, "Sargents!" Great job!

Sounds like a great store but after 6 minutes on hold the call waiting hung up on me..long distance too...
