Story

Edible Arrangements® of Rochester, MN is owned by Cathy Schneider, proud wife and mother of 3 boys ages 22, 20 and 13. She opened this located in November of 2005 at 3169 Wellner Drive NE.

We have a variety of irresistibly fresh products including handcrafted fruit bouquets, gourmet chocolate Dipped Fruit™ and a variety of fresh fruit treats.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered a fruit basket online for my girlfriend who works at the Mayo Clinic, less than an hour before they closed. One employee, Jessica, called me within minutes after I ordered to inform me that she might not be able to get the delivery out that day, due to the order being placed so late. She contacted her boss to make sure they were okay with her working late to fill my order. Wow. How often do you hear an employee ask their boss to work late to help a customer? I found out that the boss actually made the delivery while Jessica put the arrangement together so as to save time. My girlfriend was so excited when she got her gift that she teared up! I can't thank Jessica enough for taking care of me. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you!!!

I had arranged delivery of chocolate covered strawberries to a relative who had overcome an incredible serious surgery. There were problems with the item when delivered. Upon notification, Kathy, the manager, did all most appreciated intervention to remedy the situation. Our relative was impressed by the substitution and so are we. Edible Arrangement in Rochester MN puts the 'customer FIRST'. Thank you for professionalism extended. AM Smith
