Story

Since 1959 Renning's Flowers has been serving the Mayo Clinic, St.Marys Hospital, Methodist Hospital and the entire Rochester, MN area with the simple philosophy of using only top quality fresh flowers and plants and giving unsurpassed customer service, We are a local flower shop in Rochester, Minnesota providing beautiful fresh flowers and plants for birthday, anniversary, sympathy and hospital occasions. We would appreciate the opportunity to serve you when you buy flowers in Rochester, MN and nationwide.

FTD has awarded Renning's Flowers with it's "Top 100" and "Master Florist" designation. It is FTD's way of identifying the "best of the best" in the floral industry!

Renning's has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1959 and for the past 16 years we have received the Top FTD Member award and recently became a Top 100 FTD Florist. We use our own professional drivers for local deliveries and can send orders nationwide using our memberships in FTD and Teleflora. Renning's Flowers was started in 1959 by Bud Renning. In 1988 Bud retired and sold the store to his daughter Kim and her husband Phil. They run it today with help of their daughter Andrea.

Great customer service and much more than just flowers. I phoned in a request from Florida to order a get well gift for for a family member in the Mayo Clinc. They took care of a special need request and delivered at an unbelievable low price. Highly recommend this florist!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I want to say that Renning's went above and beyond...I ordered flowers the day before Valentines Day...(only draw back about that is the Valentines pricing on the roses)...yes they were for Valentines day but not in a happy kind of way...I ordered them for 2 sisters and their Mother... they drove more than 15 hrs to go to Mayo clinic because their Mother has cancer...at first I ordered a different color...called them back and changed it, no problem ...these flowers were to be delivered to a Hotel, I received a call shortly there after stating that the hotel had no records of the recipients arriving on this night...I explained they left a day early, they would be there... they just changed their reservations...long story short ..they were so caring and careful with the entire transaction...not to mention that I have never even been to Rochester, MN ..this was merely a phone call, all the way from Alabama...I later received a phone call from the Mother and the sisters completely flabbergasted as to how these beautiful flowers, (and they are beautiful btw, I saw the pics!) were delivered, not only to the Hotel but inside their room!! Thank you Renning's ..I will highly recommend you for any occasion!!

My husband and I worked with Jim for our wedding and he did an AMAZING job bringing our vision to life! He went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience!

Wonderful service! The staff is very helpful and had no problems working with my budget. The designers are very talented so let them create a bouquet for you if you are undecided or ordering from out of town. I had a last minute order for a funeral that needed to be delivered the next day and they had no problem delivering it on time. Highly recommend!

We recently received a live plant arrangement of about 6 plants as a get well for a liver transplant. The delivery was timely and the delivery man was nice enough. However, after 2 days the Cyclamen keeled over. I called the store and shared what had happened. The women who answered the phones first suggestion was to ask if I could bring the arrangement in(did I mention this was a "get well"?). Her second suggestion was that they drop off a new plant to replace the one that died and I could replace it myself(they are all planted together into one big pot=one big mess!). She finally suggested that they would come and get it to replace the problem plant and drop it off later. Cool. We just received the arrangement back... The cyclamen, which was perfectly to scale with the rest of the arrangement, was replaced by a white begonia that is half the size of the rest of the entire arrangement! It looks ridiculous and lop-sided. Such an expensive disappointment. The whole thing will be finding its way to the trash shortly. The arrangement was $105.00 and overpriced at that.
