The cutest Persian Restaurant so far! Salad was totally fresh and lentil soup complementary on the house as starter was perfect for the weather! Dizi Abgoosht, the Persian Lamb Stew was the best we've had in Toronto! All materials had best quality; manager & host were super friendly! Next time we'll come back with friends!
I love this little cosy spot! Owns by super nice couple... everything is fresh and the ambiance is so happy and cute, and clean!!! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for good quality food in a relaxed, beautiful cosy place, regardless of the type of cuisine, this is probably one of the best food establishments in the area. It’s also an amazing place for private event. It’s a small place which makes is homey and cosy, and you can book it for events up to like 20 guests I guess. Upon arrival they served us this super tasty lentil soup adasi on the house and it was amazing! Just add some pepper, and lemon juice and it’s heavenly! Their tah-dig dishes are just to die for! I like the tah-dig with gheymeh but my fridnds tried the tah-dig with ghorme sabzi and also with fesenjoon and they loved it. I highly recommend the tah-dig dish, either as appetizer, main course or just to share with the table, and you can pick which stew you’d like with it. What’s so great about it is that this is probably the only persian restaurant that serves the tah dig rice with real high quality saffron... all other places are imitation saffron I guess.... try the tah dig with gheymeh! It’s delightful : I also love their barg kabab, it is fresh... you can tell the meet is fresh.... I liked that more than the chicken kabab for sure... though chicken is my fav, but their Barg and koobideh was better than the chicken in my opinion.... another time we ordered del o jigar liver and we were really impressed as that was also very fresh! I’d go back for that for sure! Much better than other places when it comes to delo jigar as it was fresh... I wouldn’t order the dolmeh again, I prefer the home made one. The tah dig wasn’t hard , it was light and pleasant and you won’t loose a tooth enjoying it! Lol The background music is really great, nostalgic and nice .... The place is not dark and dingy, it’s bright, cute and my happy place.... Give it a try!! And recommend to fridnds, support locals ; Btw once we had one of their desserts with tea and that was also very tasty, but I can’t recall what it was?? Oh, one last thing, their bademjoon kabab was aweeeesome! Eggplant kabab with pomegranate molasses
The best quality of Iranian food in Toronto I've ever had! I loved the service and hospitality, food taste was amazing and fresh. Nice patio to sit outside. Big food portions. Good variety. vegetarian options are available as well.
Absolutely amazing. Delicious explosion of flavour. I especially liked the eggplant dish! And the service was very warm and friendly. Will definitely make it a regular spot for dinner/lunch.
Was in the mood for some Iranian food as I was in the mood for it so decided to drop in. Sadly they weren't serving kebabs yet I think they recently restarted operations post covid. Service was great and it seems like a mom & pops place; I got the lamb shank with flava bean rice which was absolutely amazing, it was covered with caramelized onions and served with a rich sauce as well pictured. Espinas represents great value and service while maintaining a very home made feel which takes me back a bit; highly recommend and I look forward to trying their kebabs next time.
Food was fantastic. Really liked the decor, it is a small place but the service was excellent. I ordered take out and the hostess served tea while I waited. Will definitely be returning to this hidden gem!

We tried it according to the advertising in social media, but unfortunately the quality was NOT ok‍ , the place is was too small and I was not happy with the stroller. Bit servers were friendly and polite enough. Never try it again!
