Its a very nice supermarket and I like their kitchen food best. Huge portion of vaziri, lot of rice and the kebabs are freshly grilled in front of your. Food price is very reasonable comparing to other places. The wait time is a bit long but it's understandable. This place also has fresh store-made breads and desserts. Place is neat and staff are friendly.
Dec. 27:Awful customer service - am not going back to this store-as I walked into the supermarket tonight, this employee comes up to me and says `if you tie your bag then we can be confident you won't put anything in your bag by mistake!` and when I went to the supervisor Ali he pointed out the sign outside of store that tells people not to bring bags into the store. Which supermarket in Canada has this policy? They basically assume you are a thief which is very insulting. You lost my business for good. Response to your response on Dec. 28: 1. I was using one of your carts 2. This sign that I posted a photo on is on the EXIT door of store not on the entrance 3. No one asked me politely to leave bags anywhere - read my review first then respond 4. You served me as I bought 70 bucks worth of goods which of course I will not do in the future and will take my business elsewhere
I've been purchasing groceries from this supermarket for a very long time and cannot emphasize the great customer service! The owner is very pleasant and the workers are as well particularly Vida! Great prices and tasty food. I recommend this supermarket to everyone. Their take out is definitely worth a try.
A nice variety of Persian groceries. One suggestion to the store is to space out some of the isles which are too tight.
It's the third time I bought this bread and the weight is not correct as noted on the plastic bag. the actual weight is around 600gr which means a 20% difference. I mentioned this to the staff and they said they will address the issue but they still didn't resolve the problem. I will never buy this product again.
We visited first time here. We want to buy Kaymak. A woman really care us. She is really nice customer service Her name is Mitra. And a cashier, Leila Ya also very friendly. Thank you for good service. I love this market.
Great place for authentic Iranian food and groceries. My personal favourite is their pastry section and the staff Samane was amazing!! As a non Iranian I was not familiar with the wide spread of pastries they had and she took time to explain what and how each one of them taste. This place always makes me wanna stop each time I pass through.

Terrible experience with them! I ordered meat, poultry and some other stuff, and call them prior to sending off my order to give instructions, but not only they did not take what I asked for my orders, astonishingly they did the exact reverse! Second, but more importantly, the quality of the meat was immensely awful. Much of it was literally trash! I ordered lamb leg, they sent something which was NOT lamb leg! It was something different and all trash! Third, the items' weight was not as I ordered, the lamb shank was underweight, and lastly, there were no tags on the items so that the customer knows the details of the products name, weight, production/expiry date, price. Some of the items were replaced, and although they called me about it, they sent the leftovers and expired products like the cheese was not edible and went directly into trash bin. They do not bother to send the receipt either! I phone them to talk about these issues, but they did not take my call the first time. The other time, they person who took my call just tried to justify himself and the store. Other than NOT being accountable, the quality of their product is extremely poor. Their store policy is: You just pay even more than other stores and leave the responsibility of sending poor quality/ non-usable products to Khorak Supermarket! Purchase and throw directly into garbage bin! I do NOT recommend them AT ALL! What do you call this when you receive good money but provide wrong, underweight, poor and unusable products that straightly go into trash bin?!
Amazing service and very fresh meat always. I greatly appreciate their efforts and service and highly recommEnd shopping here.
