I have been here twice and had enjoyed dinning in each time. It was a great experience. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. Amazing Food and service. Staff always has smile on face, ready to help and so polite. I usually mention what food to try in my reviews but for this place I wanna say just get any dish and you will not be disappointed. The flavors felt so authentic, I felt like I am not missing my country and can have same experience here. Thank you for the beautiful experience will definitely visit again

The taste and quality of food is good but a little bit spicy - [1 star 0.75 star for food, 0.25 star for spice level {add 0.25, if you like spicy food}]. The ambience is good, less lively! - 0.5 stars [I understand, it's just the start] A bit pricey compared to quantity. - 0.5 stars The service by staff members is great, really impressed seeing them working on their toes in order to serve customers better. [2 stars for staff members, keep it up, team!]

I came back second time because their appetizers and South Indian varieties are good. North Indian mains are good too, however, I did not taste much variance between different subzis’. I hope they are here to stay and wish them good luck. Will be back soon :

The food was good , can be said ok ! Panner chili dry wasn't soft . The service was excellent. We tried spring and chettinand dosa which was ok wouldn't recommend it as it wasn't having fresh stuffing. Coconut chutney wasn't tasting fresh . Also tried aag ke sholay which was ok too ! Chutney was good Would recommend to try Mysore chatpata dosa

The staff and the service was phenomenal. With the whole restaurant being full of people , we enjoyed our privacy. The food was amazing . Kudos to the team and the management . I am sure long time customer. I would recommend this place to all people who love Indian style food .

I was excited to try Sankalp in canada and it was all worth it. The sambar had authentic taste and the same taste as the one in india. The best thing i enjoyed was medu vada, yummy, filling and each and every bite melted in my mouthso soft!!! I really liked coconut chutny and spicy red chutney. They other two I didn’t quite like the taste. The staff was friendly, and served us well. Quality of food was good and they seem to care about their customers. One thing i liked was they served us fresh and hot sambar every time we asked for a refill and the bowls were small comparatively so that the food doesn’t go in waste. Overall good experience, hope the keep up the good work and the taste doesn’t changes. Excited to try new dishes next time

Yesterday we went to Sankalp Restaurant n Mississauga, one of my favourite south India restaurant of my hometown Ahmedabad which recently opened in Canada. I can’t express how happy I was being there. The flavours literally took me back to those days when I used to go to Sankalp restaurant for South Indian food with my family in Ahmedabad. They do have Pure Jain & Swaminarayan food options. The staff was amazing and service was super quick. Here’s what we had- Indi Chini Sizzler Assorted Veg BBQ Sizzler Dry Manchurian Schezwan Paneer Chili Sweet corn soup Cauliflower Tikka Masala papad Mysore chatpata Dosa Kara mura Dosa Spring Dosa Bombay Vegetable Frankie

Unlimited sambhar!!!! It was good experience. We tried many different dishes. We really like soup, sizzler, me du vada and dosa. Mango lassi and browni not that great. I hope they maintain same quality amd taste.

Yesterday, on the first day of the year 2023, we got a chance to visit this restaurant. It was our very first time visiting Sankalp in Canada. It reminded me lot of good memories as it was one of my favourite South Indian restaurants back in my hometown Ahmedabad. It has the authentic South Indian taste for the dosas, chutneys and sambhar. I had Mysore Chatpata Dosa. We also tried items like Masala Papad, Hara Bhara Kabab, Pav Bhaji, Butter Roasted Vada Pav, Paneer Methi Garlic, Veg Jaipuri to be honest this curry was just okay!, Bullet Naan really good if you like the spicy chilly naan, Garlic Naan, Sweet Lime Soda. Food was yummy and delicious except the Veg Jaipuri curry. The service was excellent and quick. P.S. - I will update my review when I try other items from the menu.

Been there twice! Food is amazing! A bit pricey though! We tried hakka noodles yesterday and the noodles were overcooked making them very soggy, so it could be improved and pani puri was too spicy my spice level is too good though so, If I am saying it was too spicy, trust me! Apart from these couple of things, food was of great quality and restaurant was neat and tidy! Hats off to their amazing staff! Keep it up guys! Definitely recommend if you a food lover!
